Descripción The PMO Lead LatAm will be integral to the successful integration of new merger and acquisition partners onto the Gallagher suite of systems and processes. This role will work closely with our regional leadership, business teams, technical teams and vendor teams to deliver a smooth M&A integration. We are looking for a professional with the right mix of interpersonal skills, project management, technical understanding, attention to detail, excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to lead several projects in parallel. An ideal candidate will be an outstanding problem solver, people influencer and strong communicator with extensive experience in M&A, leading integrations of companies across all workstreams (Ops, Legal, Compliance, IT, etc), bringing all teams together when required and providing updates to leadership about the progress. Cómo lograrás un impacto • Own the integration of new merger and acquisition (M&A) partner branches onto Gallagher suite of systems and processes • Track project deliverables, risks and issues by collaborating with task owners and subject matter experts across multiple interrelated internal work-streams and external service providers • Work closely with functional teams on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of the integration process are being met and key deadlines are being executed • Facilitate meetings and presentations, and conduct discussions and working sessions with cross-functional teams • Build, review, maintain, and deliver project management documentation, deliverables and communications including: project plans, spreadsheets, meeting invitations, power point presentations and other project management deliverables • Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the integration by workstream • Apply Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations • Develop project status reports that accurately reflect the project achievements, risks and issues, and financials for all key stakeholders, including organizing and facilitating project Steering Committees Acerca de ti • Bachelor's degree, master's degree is a plus • Project management experience required • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal competencies, with the ability to add structure to complex situations • Excellent interpersonal skills, poise and diplomacy in communication, ability to influence others toward consensus, conflict management and decision-making • 5+ years of experience leading M&A integrations (PMO office), preferably within the financial services industry, insurance experience is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high-level of interpersonal proficiency, strong analytical and organization skills • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record to be systematic, complete tasks within required timelines and prioritize parallel work efforts in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint • Advanced English #J-18808-Ljbffr
