What you will be doing Fulfill all the legal regulatory requirements, set forth by the Country Ministry of Health. Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP and FDA Good Clinical Practices, local regulatory affairs, legal requirements and World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (or any other required). Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/delivery of the products to the sites and return process if required. Ensure that all Depot activities performed such as reception, storage, labeling, shipment, returns, etc., are developed in accordance with WC SOPS. Have deep knowledge of all protocols stored at WC Depot in order to provide instructions to Depot Staff. Verify and organize all documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage, and all extra documentation related to products received at Depot. Be in daily contact with WC customers to provide them support concerning protocols stored at WC Depot. Have deep knowledge about WC Depot installations in addition to the different equipment located there. Identify and solve possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against the working schedule. Be on call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance in case of any inconvenience occurring at Depot. Collaborate with other company departments to make reports and ensure that all information arrives in a timely manner. What your background should look like Degree in Pharmacy/Químico Farmacéutico. Full command of English. Experience in Pharmacy Management and/or Clinical Trials. Monitoring and/or Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Excellent interpersonal relationships. Leadership to conduct a team. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Open-minded. Computer skills.
