This is a key leadership role, where you will work closely with our core team to scale user acquisition campaigns and drive measurable growth.In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across key platforms, with an initial focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
You'll bring a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of user behavior to refine targeting strategies, improve ROI, and unlock new opportunities for growth.As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to explore additional channels, experiment with innovative acquisition strategies, and contribute to shaping the future of our customer acquisition framework.
If you're passionate about media buying and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!The RoleStrategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app downloads, registrations, and user engagement.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook)Manage programmatic ad campaigns and partnerships with ad networks.Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments.Budget Management:Allocate and manage user acquisition budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Conduct regular reviews of spend efficiency and reallocate resources as needed.Collaboration:Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.Optimization & Testing:Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns, creatives, and landing pages.Experiment with new channels, audience segments, and ad formats to identify untapped growth opportunities.Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for user acquisition and campaign management.Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure team success.Knowledge Sharing:Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in user acquisition and mobile marketing.Share insights and learning with the broader team to continuously improve performIdeal ProfileYou have at least 4 years experience ideally in Media Buying?Proven track record of driving high ROAS for app and gaming companiesYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsWhat's on Offer?Work alongside & learn from best in class talentLeadership Role
