This role is the newest addition to our in-house People & Culture (P&C) team, where you will combine responsibilities across P&C administration, office management, and talent acquisition.
Joining our People & Culture team, you will report to the Senior P&C Lead EMEA/LATAM and have a dotted line reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for recruitment-related tasks.
You'll play a key role in driving recruitment activities, supporting various P&C functions and managing office operations in Chile .
With a primary focus on the Chile office, you will work closely with colleagues, hiring managers, and local teams to ensure smooth office operations and successful talent acquisition efforts.
This role will allow you to make a significant impact while supporting Pepperstone's overall goals.
This is a permanent, full-time/part-time role working on a hybrid model(2-3 days in office) from our office in Santiago.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for LATAM roles, sourcing top talent and building strong pipelines.
Develop relationships with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and best practices.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
Collaborate with the global talent team to refine recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding.
HR Generalist Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for Chile office employees, providing support on P&C policies and compliance.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Support employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and coordinate performance management.
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and market competitiveness.
Office Management Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a safe and engaging work environment.
Manage office supplies, layout, and vendor relationships for maintenance, security, and cleaning.
Organize meetings, travel, and cross-office communication.
Monitor office budgets, plan events, and execute team-building and wellness programs.
About You: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including generalist, office management, and recruitment roles.
Native Spanish speaker with a good command of English.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the region.
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Collaborative team player within a global, diverse team.
