This is a hybrid position.
The Position As a Patient Experience Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Identify and implement initiatives to improve patient interactions with Novo Nordisk channels and services during their entire treatment journey.
Create and execute campaigns that focus on patient pains, needs and preferences (such as communication, different support contents, support and communication channels, services and others).
Collect and analyse patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Stimulate and promote the patient-centric mindset in the teams by sharing good practice.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to patient experience (NPS, CSAT, CES, Stay time and other relevant metrics).
Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who has: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in Patient or Customer Experience management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other services industry; & overall +6 years adding experience in other similar or related roles.
Minimum of 2 years as people manager.
Proven track record in developing and implementing patient-centric strategies; experience in market research and data & consumer trends analysis.
Familiarity with Experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.).
