Order Entry Clerk – Backoffice

Job Title: Order Entry Clerk – Backoffice
Location: Santiago
Responsibilities: Enter orders received from Field Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Customers. Assist in all activities related to the department. Research previous customer records. Interpret and enter orders based upon established product codes and procedures into AS400. Confirm pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications. Initial assignment will be product specific; additional training in other product areas and special projects is required. Job Requirements: Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer). Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment. High School diploma or College Student. Solid data entry and typing skills. Strong work ethic and professional phone etiquette. Attention to detail, both written and verbal. On-site position; must live in Santiago. Preferred: 3-5 years of data entry experience. Attention to detail. Available for overtime. Salary: RD$28,000.00 Monthly
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
