What You'll Do Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Chile.
Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution.
Problem-Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues.
Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently.
Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Need Proficiency in SQL and analytics skills.
At least 1 year of professional experience in industries such as Consultancy, Finance, and/or Retail.
Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
Communication: Spanish and English proficiency.
Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team.
Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment.
Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them.
