Descripción de la empresa The objective of the On Premise Distribution Manager is to set the strategic direction that will deliver the largest opportunity for sustained growth within the entire On Premise channel via distribution partners (if applicable), wholesalers and external sale force companies.
The On Premise Distribution Manager is responsible for managing the entire On Premise volume and distribution business in an effective way to deliver this strategy.
The On Premise Distribution Manager has to continuously drive for maximum account coverage in the On Premise channel in order to maximise sales and volume while establishing strong relationships with distribution partners (if applicable), wholesalers and external sale force companies.

Manages stock levels with distributors, wholesalers, and external sales force.
Aligns pricing and promotions to avoid cross-channel cannibalization and maintain profitability.
Coordinates volume allocation across channels periodically.
Strategy and Planning: Develops a long-term (+3 years) distribution model and collaborates with partners to implement it.
Creates a robust commercial plan to expand distribution and SKU listings in non-directly managed accounts.
Sales Management and Leadership: Uses segmentation and partner selection tools to choose the right collaborators.
Conducts monthly market visits and leads effective meetings with key stakeholders to ensure strategy execution.
Analysis: Analyzes market data to identify gaps and opportunities in distribution and SKU listings.
Collects and evaluates sales data to assess performance, refine forecasts, and adjust pay-for-performance incentives.
Administration: Oversees annual budget management, organizes regular performance reviews with partners, and reports outcomes to the National On Premise Manager and internal teams.
Requisitos +5 years Distribution and/or Supplier experience preferred Successful track record in leading, managing, and motivating wholesale and external sales forces (+3 years) Drivers License Proficient in Word, Power Point, and Excel Excellent communicator, negociator and influencer Highly developed analytical skills (sales and customer data) Información adicional
