What You'll Be Doing: - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings, events, and appointments are well-organized and on track.
- Coordinate public engagements, including speaking events, media interviews, and conferences, ensuring the CEO is always prepared and briefed.
- Provide sales support, tracking client relationships, assisting with proposal preparation, and managing communications with key accounts.
- Oversee and update client data for smooth follow-ups and timely actions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly, maintaining an organized work environment, and handling office supplies.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Assist in the execution of key projects.

Requirements Previous experience as an Office Manager ,executive assistant, or commercial assistant in a fast-paced role (ideally in startups or high-growth companies).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in office management, handling travel logistics, and general administrative tasks.
Must be able to work in-person, managing the office and supporting in-person engagements.

40-hour work week Conditions: Working hours are flexible but the team works from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except on Fridays).
Some team members work from 10:00AM to 7:00PM.
In general, it's pretty flexible, but we aim to achieve our goals.

The trial period is 3 months; then the contract is indefinite.
Salary: Between CLP $900,000 and CLP $1,500,000 net, subject to the experience of the selected candidate and level of English.
