Job title: (NOB-100) | Talent Management Coordinator Company: Bechtel Job description : Requisition ID : 264126– Relocation Authorized : None – Telework Type : Part-Time Telework – Work Location : Santiago Summary of the Position Bechtel seeks a Talent Management Coordinator for the Mining and Metals team based in Chile. The position will be responsible for administrative support and coordination of various Talent Management and Learning & Development programs and practices to meet business and HR objectives. Responsibilities The Talent Management Coordinator is primarily responsible for: Assisting the regional talent management team in support of the overall talent management strategy, organizational development, and change management efforts, including coordination, data entry, reporting, data analysis, tracking, and maintenance of resources and other general administrative activities. Scheduling workshop offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating local course offerings, providing on-site support during class time, promoting employee enrollment in courses, and updating the LMS with course completions and other learning and user data. Coordinating the local internship program using the company's internship program guidelines. Providing welcome information, coordinating local events/speakers, and producing the internship events calendar, being a resource and guide to support the internship experience at Bechtel. Utilizing the company's orientation program and guidance to assist in facilitating and coordinating the orientation of new office employees. Providing administrative functions for the company's training program for the assigned region. Maintaining resources and trainer lists, assisting in coordinating trainer meetings, reporting, and collating materials. Providing administrative functions for the internal online mentoring program for the assigned region, including reporting, analysis, and promotion of the program. Providing information to the mentoring program owner to promote continuous improvement of the program. Providing administrative functions for all assessment and development tools used by the Talent Management team, including (but not limited to): 360s, Insights Discovery Assessment. Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications The Talent Management Coordinator must have knowledge and/or experience in: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2 to 3 years of experience. Advanced level of English. Fluent English (to be evaluated in the interview). Additional Qualifications Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments. Proven ability to problem-solve and use creativity in problem resolution in a fast-paced virtual/learning environment (e.g., during a live virtual training event), while providing excellent customer service. Ability to quickly and effectively adjust to changing priorities and deadlines and provide timely responses to our clients. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and organized to work in a fast-paced team environment. A team member who contributes and is willing to step in to support critical department deadlines as needed. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
