What you need to succeed in this role: Native German and English B2.
Experience in a customer support role.
Interest in crypto, trading, or stock exchange.
Experience providing support via chats and emails.
Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
Analytical and research skills.
Positive and responsible attitude.
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Will be a great plus: Background in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
