LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET or PT. Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees. THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer who can edit and produce both live footage and animated content to promote Apply Digital's internal brand. This role will be a dedicated position within the Apply Digital marketing team. The marketing team endeavours to promote the Apply Digital brand and tell engaging thought leadership and technology stories. Your videos will be a mix of interviews, expert talks, thought leadership pieces, cultural showcases, case studies, technology exploration, portfolio videos, etc. You will get an opportunity to think outside the box and take ownership of the output from end to end. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare design plans, concepts, storyboards, and layout for video projectsCollaborate closely with writers, producers, designers, and other team membersProvide accurate time and equipment estimates for each part of the processDesign and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverablesEdit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphicsCreate and deliver motion graphics in various media, including mobile, tablet, and webEdit a variety of video content using video editing software (Adobe After Effects, etc.)Produce high-quality audio content for videos (music selection and editing, voice-over editing, etc.)Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the production and delivery of contentIncorporate feedback professionally and collaborativelyREQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of professional working experience in motion designStrong portfolio showcasing high-end motion design skillsThorough knowledge of motion design and post-production workflowsSolid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator).
