Purpose: We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our J&J Orthopaedics business. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Orthopaedics Business focusing on customer needs while achieving market share and profitability growths. The business is well supported by an innovation pipeline and regional marketing support. Reporting to the BU Director, you will be responsible for creating, communicating, and defining strategies and tactics based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook. Qualifications You will be responsible for: Drive the development and implementation the Orthopaedics marketing strategies based on market dynamics and voice of customer to achieve brand, market share, sales & contribution goals. Build long-term sales and market share forecasting models, pricing options based on forward thinking, sound research and credible scenarios A strong business partner with sales, Planning and other functions to ensure tactical plans are aligned with strategic plans, including growth plans for ongoing portfolios. Develop NPI launch excellence plans that meet business goals including customer awareness, interest, evaluation and conversion; ensure strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across all stages of pre-launch, launch and post-launch to ensure excellence in execution Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional groups to support brand and market development activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience with a strong track record of business results is required. Experience in a MedTech / medical device business is preferred Strong track record of success developing and driving business plans, measuring, and delivering results. Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills. Ability to build leadership relationships and influence in a highly matrixed organization. Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with overall business acumen.
