Role Overview: Our Marketing team are looking for a talented, highly motivated Marketing Executive to join CRU's Santiago office. This position will provide the opportunity to become part of a dynamic, supportive, and truly international team, and provide unrivalled exposure and experience working across both internal and external stakeholders. CRU Marketing team covers all the marketing initiatives that drive our brand, reputation, and revenue. There is a strong emphasis on digital marketing to embrace modern marketing techniques. Joining us means you will have the freedom to take ownership, be creative, and propose new ideas. As a Marketing Executive, you will manage and deliver a variety of marketing initiatives including regional marketing for the Latin America region as well as (global) industry events. You will support the rest of the marketing team depending on your skills and ad-hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities: Regional Marketing An expert in your region, working closely with the teams across LATAM, the Marketing Executive needs to have a deep understanding of the LATAM region. Support LATAM regional marketing strategy to grow the business that is both globally consistent with the overarching Marketing strategy, and specific to country variations and requirements. Develop nurture, retention and acquisition campaigns using Pardot based on personas, themes, and our products and services. Go-to-Market Strategy: You may support in localizing marketing strategies for the LATAM region. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer, channel and sector needs, customer performance and potential, market share, perception, competitor activity, the legislative environment, and trends. Event Marketing You will be working closely with other event marketing managers to support promotions for CRU events mainly in the Americas as well as industry trainings. The successful candidate will be running events independently 6-9 months after their start date and you will likely need to be able to travel to support events in the America's region. The areas of support include: Event marketing plan execution - Support other event marketing managers in executing dynamic marketing plans within the designated budget, aimed at achieving or surpassing the forecasted sales revenue across various events. Growth in delegate numbers and revenues - Support tasks to increase attendee numbers and revenue generation for the events and trainings. Essential Criteria Language: Fluent written and spoken in English and Spanish; fluency in Portuguese is a plus. Good quality relevant first degree in marketing or business management; or proven record and passion in marketing with demonstrable experience in marketing or events marketing. Experience using hybrid methods running events. Experience of CRM systems (Salesforce), Marketing Automation systems (Pardot), social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), and content management platforms, webinar platforms. A strong affinity to delivering best in class service. A solid strategic understanding of building marketing campaigns and strategies. Understanding how ROI can be maximized by activity and channel. Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office, marketing automation platforms, and Google marketing products (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Ability to work closely with other teams while managing local marketing activities independently. Desirable Criteria #J-18808-Ljbffr
