The Marketing Director, reporting directly to the CEO, must possess deep expertise in digital marketing strategies and demonstrate the ability to leverage online platforms for enhanced brand visibility and audience engagement (increased leads). We seek a candidate with a proven track record in brand development , adept at creating and sustaining a compelling, cohesive brand identity that resonates with target audiences. In addition, expertise in internal and external communications is crucial to delivering seamless, impactful messaging that aligns with company values while building strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and customers. Your next challenge: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Monitor and report on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed. You're a match: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification in Marketing Management or equivalent preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing and 5+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand identity, visibility, and development , as well as expertise in internal and external communications, is crucial. Expertise in B2B environments and/or retail, tech, telecom, and financial services is highly valued.
