The role will help streamline content creation processes while maintaining high-quality standards, allowing the core team to focus on strategy and client service. This position serves as a crucial link between marketing strategy and implementation.
The Impact you'll make
Content Creation & Management
- Draft engaging social media posts across platforms
- Create visual content using Canva
- Prepare email marketing campaigns
- Write and edit blog content
- Manage WordPress publications
Marketing Operations
- Schedule and coordinate content calendar
- Maintain brand consistency across channels
- Monitor content performance
- Organize marketing assets and resources
AI Tool Integration
- Utilize AI tools for content optimization
- Implement automation workflows
- Research and suggest AI-powered improvements
- Support AI-related content creation
Project Support
- Assist with marketing campaign execution

- Maintain organized documentation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing content creation experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Canva and WordPress
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of AI tools and automation
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $5 per hour
