We're looking for a motivated and driven Manager Regional Operations who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have a direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world greenBuild and nurture a strong and positive working relationship with our operators.Manage the day-to-day interactions with our operators to ensure there is no disruption.Monitor our operators' quality performance and work to continuously improve.Agree upon improvement plans with partners and support them during the execution.Work cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated.Track that operators have trained all their drivers.Monitor operators adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards.Build and nurture a strong relationship with the bus stations we serve.Align and implement changes to our timetables with the bus stations.Act as an external (in person) mystery shopper at our stations.Identify risks that can disrupt our operations and find solutions to them.Work closely with the rest of the team in analyzing our data and processes.Gather feedback from our external stakeholders (operators, stations, agents) and propose improvements.Be proactive and highly autonomous in the execution of your daily tasks.Constantly challenge the status quo and strive to improve.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board2-4 years of relevant experience.Degree, or equivalent, in engineering or related field.A proven track record of strong results in a similar role.Process oriented.Proven track record on IT tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, etc.Accuracy and punctuality in carrying out tasks.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with strict deadlines.Strong drive, self-motivated, accountable and entrepreneurial.Ability to make decisions and act autonomously while escalating when necessary.Skills to adequately deal with different stakeholders (e.g. business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.Availability for occasional traveling when needed.English and Spanish advanced.Hybrid working schedule; in office 3 days per week, remote remaining 2 days.Our Perks – More than just a jobYou have an impact.
