Key responsibilities:
Mapping, monitoring, tracking of key program interdependencies, at Level 2 schedule Integrated program level decision framing and coordination (linking with above points). Ownership of Program Roadmap and integrating (for recommendation to Steerco) key program decisions. ( just for reference not for publishing, In the short term this includes LSE / ENC permit decision, project sequencing, tradeoff of EGP with LCC Extension, Moly timing, etc). Perform integrated change management within EGP, ensuring that all relevant potential changes to projects are appropriately assessed (including value impacts and interdependencies with other EGP projects) and approved at the program level. This includes relevant changes to each study's defined PIAs and their scope, cost and timing. Coordinate consolidated list of transversal activities to progress EGP (now coordinated by Asset Expansions Integration). Includes leading and coordinating working group MOP for EGP and its action tracking, with participation from Study Managers (from D&SS and VPP), Resource Engineering, DE, PC&A, Engineering, Major Permits Ensure integration of EGP with LoA. Coordination of integrated mine planning for EGP between LoAs to support tollgates and program reviews. Coordination of program level integrated business cases and DE work, including linking up the mine planning cases to the studies and DE teams. Constant stewardship of the Scenario to Beat at the program level. Coordination and integration of program enabling studies and initiatives, including integrated infrastructure strategies and studies (eg camp, water, transmission), working closely with the PTE and Directional Studies team. Coordinate program level IPRs, and tracking of program IPR actions and participate in EGP standalone studies IPRs providing a program view Coordinate the EGP Steerco (our team can help with that in the near term). Coordination of agenda, compilation of materials together with relevant study and project delivery teams, PT&E, and DE, framing of key recommendations and decisions. Write a periodic EGP update memo to report the status to relevant governing bodies such as the GIRC Work closely with the D&SS Integration team to ensure coordination and alignment with MinAm Copper Growth agenda (MinAm Ambition, Copper Growth AIP, regional Cu Growth Big Rock priority initiative, MALT reporting, quarterly MinAm Copper Growth reporting to President MinAm), ensuring full visibility, transparency, coordination and alignment.
