What's the job?
Lead HR Systems Management: Oversee HRIS (e.g., Bamboo HR), ensuring data accuracy, smooth integrations, and ease of use for employees and managers.
Act as the primary point of contact for system updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Strategize and Oversee Benefits Administration: Manage benefits programs, including open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee inquiries.
Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and ensure employees get the most value.
Own Payroll Operations: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing in collaboration with finance and external providers.
Oversee payroll funding, deductions, tax filings, and reconciliations.
Ensure Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Stay ahead of labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employee records are always in compliance.
Shape HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, and employee record management.
Identify and implement best practices to streamline and scale operations.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Provide leadership with insights and reports on HR metrics, benefits utilization, payroll performance, and system efficiency to inform strategic decisions.
Drive Process Improvement: Lead efforts to automate and modernize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve the employee experience.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and address payroll, compliance, or system-related inquiries.
What we'll love about you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5 – 8 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, payroll, or systems management.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to oversee and improve end-to-end HR operations.
Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo HR) and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP), including workflow and integration management.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, benefits compliance, and labor regulations.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS reporting) and metrics analysis.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for operational excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
