Job Summary:
As a Manager of Sales and Strategic Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving Voadera's sales growth and performance. Reporting to the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing, you will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to grow our sales pipeline, and cultivate relationships with partners to maximize revenue opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and execute effective strategies. Your expertise in e-commerce, particularly on platforms like Amazon, along with strong negotiation skills, will position you as a critical driver of our continued success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, meet ambitious sales targets, and expand Voadera's network of partners and distributors.Build and Maintain Sales Pipeline: Establish a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and high conversion rates while identifying new business opportunities.Lead and Mentor Sales Teams: Empower, mentor, and manage the sales team, instilling a culture of ambition and guiding them to achieve and exceed performance goals.Optimize E-Commerce Performance: Leverage expertise in Amazon (FBA, AWD, DS, AGL) to optimize partner performance and enhance Voadera's proprietary brand presence across online marketplaces.Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with partners and distributors, maintaining active communication, addressing their needs, and identifying mutual growth opportunities.Negotiate Favorable Terms: Spearhead negotiations to secure beneficial terms for Voadera, addressing pricing, MOQs, and other critical contract elements while maintaining goodwill.Resolve Operational Challenges: Address escalated issues related to purchase orders, logistics, payments, and marketing, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions for all stakeholders.Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to improve strategies, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless supply chain for wholesale operations.Represent Voadera: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, fostering valuable connections and staying informed about market trends.Analyze Market Trends and Data: Use market research and data analytics to adapt sales strategies and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement optimizations in partner management and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate Communication: Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate reporting on critical metrics, and alignment with strategic goals.Lead Key Meetings: Conduct and preside over weekly meetings across sales, partner management, and operations to align teams with organizational objectives.Oversee Lead Generation Efforts: Manage a team focused on lead generation, enhancing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record in sales management, partner relationship building, and achieving revenue growth targets.E-Commerce and Amazon Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and Amazon operations, including FBA, AWD, DS, and AGL, with the ability to optimize performance and drive success.Leadership Skills: Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing sales teams to exceed goals and foster a results-driven culture.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies informed by market trends and insights.Negotiation Abilities: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms, manage MOQs, and build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas and conducting margin calculations, cost analysis, and sales projections.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to present, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Process and Project Management: Competence in managing multiple projects, optimizing sales processes, and aligning efforts with organizational goals.CRM and Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales software tools for tracking and managing pipelines effectively.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events.Skills Requirements: Partnership and Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with partners, distributors, and clients to foster mutual growth and success.Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Proficiency in negotiating favorable terms, managing MOQs, and closing high-value deals effectively while maintaining strong relationships.Amazon Marketplace Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Amazon platforms, including DS (Drop Shipping), FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), AWD (Amazon Warehouse and Distribution), and AGL (Amazon Global Logistics). Expertise in using Amazon's tools and processes to optimize performance and drive sales.Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams to meet or exceed targets, while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and data insights to inform and adapt sales and partnership strategies for long-term success.Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel for creating formulas, conducting margin calculations, cost analysis, sales projections, and process optimization.E-Commerce Expertise: Familiarity with the dynamics of e-commerce platforms, including unique challenges faced by resellers and brands in online marketplaces.Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner concerns and operational challenges effectively and efficiently.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to present, negotiate, and communicate clearly and persuasively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.Organizational and Project Management Skills: Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, track critical metrics, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working collaboratively with marketing, logistics, and other departments to align strategies, streamline operations, and maximize impact.Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.Values:
