ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Meet and exceed store and personal standards of performanceEnsure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company directionVerify accuracy of incoming and outgoing productsVerify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (POS reports, bill of ladings, etc.)Ensure the proper handling of all store inventories, merchandise, received or transferredEnsure that merchandise is properly sizedMaintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise areaCommunicate and troubleshoot any mixes generated within the store, received from other stores or Head Office with Store ManagerCommunicate stock replenishment needs to District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying and Merchandising departmentsPerform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Co-ManagerUnderstand the Little Burgundy culture and demonstrate it to the teamJOB REQUIREMENTS 1–2 years retail sales experienceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsDesire to succeed in fast-paced retail environmentBilingualism as required (Quebec only)Willingness to learnCompletion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training position or equivalent trainingAbility to work night and weekend shiftsAbility to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsStand for long periods of timeMust be at least 18 years of age**Age requirements for part-time employment may vary based on territory or province
