The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the measurement, management and optimization of Learning content and processes. This includes conducting regular audits, maintaining a comprehensive catalogue of Learning resources, and ensuring the effective operation of Learning workflows. The role involves developing metrics to gauge the efficiency of Learning Team processes, managing contracts and maintaining platforms, and tracking Learning programs to ensure timely reviews and updates. The role also focuses on reporting, collaborating with various specialists to deliver comprehensive reports on Learning outcomes and ongoing programs. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: EXTERNAL REPORTING Monitor, complete audit and produce annual report to maintain our membership with International Accreditors for continuing Education and Training (IACET) Track metrics and produce an annual Learning Team Report for the GHD Board and ELT (to include reporting on UDL practices, IACET compliance, ROI for in person events, ROI for mentoring, ROI for platforms like Elucidat, etc.) Develop system with Finance to streamline quarterly and annual reporting on spend to date for all Learning task codes (to gauge time & spend across Learning tasks) Collaborate with functional leaders to develop systems and contribute to proactive compliance reporting (Sustainability Report, HSE reporting, I&D accessibility reporting) Identify and track the various Learning standards in the countries we operate in. LEARNING TEAM SYSTEMS Help the Learning Operations Manager build and optimize our project tracking system; support the Learning Team's adoption of the system Working with the Learning Experience Leader, develop and implement system to ensure the embedment of IACET standards in all Learning deliverables Working with the Learning Experience Leader, develop and implement system to ensure the embedment of Universal Design for Learning practices (against their three pillars: Engagement, Representation, and Action & Expression) in all Learning deliverables Develop a system to complete a biannual audit to review available Learning content and decommission or modify as needed. Develop and manage catalogue of all available Learning content (including all courses and programs) Help the Learning Operations Manager build and optimize our Learning workflows and processes (i.e., intake, instructional design, reporting) Identify metrics to gauge efficacy of Learning Team processes (i.e., time to delivery) and create systems in our project tracking system to report on annually Manage contracts, invoices, platform maintenance and licences for our Learning platforms and external vendors (i.e., Elucidat, Kudo, MentorcliQ, LinkedIn Learning, Sponge, Apply Synergies, Global Integration, etc) Track the expiry dates for ongoing programs (i.e., Grad Program, Global Onboarding, PD Onboarding, PM Onboarding) and initiate intake for refresh when appropriate Help the Global Learning Leader and Learning Operations Manager manage the Learning Team budget. LEARNING PROGRAM REPORTING Develop reporting templates for ongoing Learning programs, point in time events (i.e. Utility Analysis), eLearnings and other Learning solutions (as needed) Collaborate with Learning Solutions Specialist to deliver reports on outcomes at the end of a Learning project Collaborate with Learning Program Advisors to develop and deliver cyclical reporting for ongoing Learning programs (at a cadence to be decided) What you will bring to the team: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Learning, Communications, or a related Business discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience Demonstrated experience in managing, developing, and implementing fully integrated strategic systems and processes to advance business outcomes and goals A creative thinker capable of producing innovative and effective systems-oriented solutions Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams to produce results Ability to distil complex metrics and provide context to draw conclusions Skilled communicator, able to convince through written, online, and in-person engagements, with highly developed written, oral, interpersonal, listening, and influencing skills #LI-IP1 Take on some of the world's toughest challenges - with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way.
