Main tasks will include:
Main Activities: Drives collaboration with relevant key stakeholders to align the local portfolio in the countries based on the yearly calendar for demand management planning.Managing changes, updates, reports, and communications during the phases of the demand management process.Focused on Customer Management, responding in a timely manner to emails/calls from service providers or directly with the business & HR areas.Managing relevant information to understand the learning portfolio and organize training while being aware of market prices and ensuring compliance with defined price boundaries.Sharing detailed descriptions of relevant information for the Admins to organize and track events.Identifying alternative learning products that could be phased out or replaced based on the needs of specific areas in the organization as special projects.Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems regarding portfolio design and/or implementation with specific businesses.Driving continual process and service improvements for assigned programs.Management of customer feedback.Working with external vendors and internal resources to coordinate the delivery of learning programs.Requirements: Learning management system (LMS) experience.Experience as a Trainee in Learning & Development or general Business Administration functions.Experience with data management/storage, workflow management, and/or custom software applications.With more than 4,000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
