Also establishes, balances, monitors and controls the Capital programme in order to achieve strategic business objectives. Leads the regional asset strategy and first level specialist mobile fleet and equipment support, to deliver sustainable revenue through the safe and efficient delivery and allocation of vehicles, equipment and plant.**What you will be doing**- Key Accountabilities Drives capital management and optimisation Delivers business improvement (delivering the savings, governance and process) Manages the delivery of Regional engineering support Ensures regulatory and statutory compliance of assets delivered by project team Ensures compliance of project delivery top Orica's project process and SHES requirements Drives Capital Project Delivery Ensures compliance with Management of Change - AA Approver. Drives compliance to Maintenance Management plans for all Assets on site Ensures all assets are within the Asset Life Cycle Management policy Ensures all repairs comply with purchasing requirements Mentors the Maintenance Team in Region Ensures all Operational Equipment has been Hazard Studied - actions completed before mobilisation Provides Field Measurement System Support Drives Statutory Licencing of Mobile Fleet Manages the asset reliability continuous improvement pipeline to improve performance of all equipment across the region.
