We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for the assigned client portfolio, the development and growth of each account, and the overall satisfaction of clients. This new role will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as providing consultative product support to clients. This role will be based in Santiago, Chile, with regular travel across the LATAM region. Responsibilities Management and growth of assigned accounts. Building and leading relationships of trust and loyalty with the stakeholders of the clients in charge. Meeting established goals for customer growth and retention. Providing consultative support to the customer in the use of our products. Leading license renewal and upselling processes seeking to support the client in improving their productivity. Developing and executing maintenance and growth strategies in each of the assigned accounts, aligned with the general objectives of the company. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services received, obtaining the maximum value in the use of the company's products. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in mining, civil, or industrial engineering. A minimum of 7+ years' experience in open pit mining. Proven successful experience in account management and selling mining tech products. Based in Santiago, Chile, and willing to travel.
