A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead the relationship with the account, being the voice of the customer within the organization, to deliver added value through category development, brand experience, and a customer-centric approach in a sustainable and profitable manner.Responsible for the O+O commercial strategy of key accounts with the objective of maximizing P&L management and sales, in a profitable and sustainable way.Direct and validate the annual plan, JBP, growth, market share, P&L.Contribute to the three-year strategic plan (with Commercial Director/CGO) Mapping of internal/external influencers in the customer relationship.Direct negotiations with national account buyers.Manage regular points of contact nationwide with the account.Synthesize the category view between brands within retail.REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience in Commercial areas.Bachelor's degree in business administration.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Be curious and task-oriented.Experience with SAP.WHO YOU ARE An integrator: with capacity for relationships and transversal influence.An entrepreneur: who can manage ambiguity and frustration.A strategist: with transversal leadership capacity.An innovator: who can apply creativity and innovation in the different tasks assumed.WHAT WE OFFER A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!
