Main responsibilities: PARTNER MANAGEMENT Deploy KCP Value proposition to Distributors in order to make it simple to be understoodResponsible for adequate communication to partners about the acquisition, penetration and loyalty executional plans for end user based on customer segmentation (where applicable ABE plans execution)Build JBP & Track its metrics to quantify distributor program impact & ROIDevelop channel engagement initiatives & Coordinate DSR incentive plans with support of CMI & sales teams. ACTIVATION Execute programs to build partner/distributor demand and pipeline (hybrid)Execute activation initiatives (online & offline) based on customer touchpoints (Cx mapping journey & digital strategy) of key partners structured in a promotional calendarPerformance & action plan tracking, Budget managementSupport development of new partnerships to capture whitespaces and increase coverage. RGM & PORTFOLIO Single point of contact for product support at country levelDeploy RGM, Price & Portfolio according to ABP LAO plans per categoryResponsible to lead innovation/renovation launches to channels in collaboration with Comm Excellence.Lead Analysis of category performance per country and take action if necessaryProduct & Marketing training sessions CUSTOMER INSIGHTS Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey.Capture portfolio issues from the market and scale it to category team.Experience and requirements: Essential: Bachelor's degree, in business-related discipline5-8 years of experience in marketing / sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviorAnalysis driven skillsIntermediate level of EnglishDeveloped Communication SkillsProblem solving mindset - Results-orientedDesired: Experience in a B2B environmentDigital marketing experience/knowledgeTo Be Considered Click the Apply button and complete the online application process.
