The KAM will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and technical service efficiency within the Andean region, with a strong focus on the Peruvian market.
This position requires a strategic mindset, technical knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to lead distributor sales forces and expand the installed customer base.
Main Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an annual sales and margin plan, aligning with team goals.
Distributor Management: Lead and motivate distributors' sales teams to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue across the existing client base.
Business Development: Conduct research, qualify leads, make sales presentations, and close new clients in the designated territory or segment.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Work collaboratively on solution development to address client needs effectively.
Profitability and Customer Relations: Manage regional profitability, achieve sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize technical service effectiveness.
