The Junior Payroll Analyst for Chile & Peru is in charge of carrying out the salary payment process, according to the monthly remuneration calendar, analyzing, auditing, and solving complex payroll problems in accordance with the laws of each country. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Payroll is responsible to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations. Analyzes, audits, reconciles, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing. Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations. Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing. May ensure time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor degree: Commercial engineer, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineer or any related area. At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a payroll analyst. Intermediate English skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills. Experience in a multinational company desirable.
