This platform is designed to assist a variety of clients, including financial service providers, debt collection agencies, debt buyers, telecommunications companies, and utility providers, in achieving optimal outcomes when engaging with customers facing financial difficulties.
Our Proposal We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our client's team and lead the support of critical software applications.
This role focuses on AWS infrastructure ? and combines client-centric project delivery with level-3 technical support and continuous improvements through automation .
The ideal candidate should have experience in core AWS services, network connectivity, cybersecurity , Linux, scripting, and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with third-party IDP integration and vendor-managed services will be a plus.
Your main responsibilities will be... Support the connection between product development and the ProdOps SRE/Support teams by assisting in maintaining smooth service operations and learning to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate across teams to help identify and address operational gaps, gaining experience in areas like metrics, automation, cost and risk management, performance, reliability, and cloud best practices.
Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to assist in gathering, organizing, and prioritizing technical project requirements, contributing to their successful delivery.
Assist in creating and maintaining runbooks, operating procedures, and system architecture diagrams, ensuring clear and organized documentation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent with 1+ years of experience, preferably in financial services.
AWS Certification and Java Application Development experience required.
Familiarity with AWS constructs (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)
and secure connectivity (VPN, Zero Trust).
Proficient in scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby) and CI/CD tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of security principles and database concepts (SQL, AWS Aurora/RDS).
