Description and Requirements Manage the total customer relationship; responsible for revenue, wallet share, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts. Maintain executive relationships. Lead account planning and opportunity identification; conduct opportunity prioritization; develop overall account plan for assigned accounts. Plan, facilitate and/or conduct sales negotiations for assigned accounts. Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to generate & coordinate solutions. Requirements experience in technology sales focused on infrastructure & Data Center.
