The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage open IT support tickets daily, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
2. Oversee KPIs to measure and enhance team performance, ensuring all service levels are met.
3. Develop strong communication channels and relationships with team members and end-users to facilitate effective remote collaboration.
4. Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues, providing expert guidance and support.
5. Manage and track the performance of all IT projects,
ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
6. Conduct regular reviews of systems for updates and patches, ensuring the team adheres to security best practices.
7. Innovate and suggest new solutions to improve IT operations and team training.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in managing global IT teams, with a strong understanding of remote team dynamics.
2. Expertise in Office 365, Azure, Intune, and network troubleshooting, including experience with SonicWall.
3. Ability to multitask across various IT disciplines and projects effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships and lead a team across different time zones and regions.
5. Demonstrated ability to operate at a high technical level while also focusing on strategic management without being drawn back into day-to-day technical tasks.
6. Must meet the technical proficiency of a Level 3 Technician.
7. A passion for technology, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing innovative IT solutions.
8.
A strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field.
