IT Field Support CoordinatorIT Field Support Coordinator responsible for end use support & Projects in CEVA branches and contracts with countrywide responsibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain relationship with business by reinforcing IT process and participation in business opportunities.Execute, define or develop optimized support process and automation systems.Maintain a global inventory of all network equipment and ensure that replacement plans for aging equipment are in place year after year.Strong working relationship with global team to ensure compliance and standards.Document and diagram IT documentation, including SOPs and/or network files.Ensure that all IT devices are under adequate annual maintenance and that SLAs are met by suppliers.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.Experience on end user support; Ticketing system with ServiceNow and/or any other tool following ITIL process.Ability to learn new technologies quickly, good time management skills, strong documentation skills.Knowledge of ITIL – IT Infrastructure Management Best Practices.Conversational English.Exceptional communication skills.
