Scope of Position Hatch develops digital products and customized solutions for the Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure Sectors.

Hatch is actively seeking a highly motivated and accomplished digital/technology professional with strong industry-relevant experience to join our Digital team as the Senior Manager, based at our Santiago office in Chile.
This role will report to the Regional Director of South America (SAM) and will hold a core position within the Digital Consulting SAM Leadership team.
Responsibilities include refining our consulting engagement model and associated practices; contributing to our Digital consulting strategy, operating model design, and performance management.
Functional Tasks Support, design, and implement the Hatch Digital Consulting strategy in alignment with overall Digital business objectives.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Hatch and our client base.Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.Proactively initiate workshops and conduct assessments with project and client stakeholders.Conduct project risk evaluations and project management processes.Lead and manage projects and integrated project teams.Manage, monitor, and report overall project health.Coordinate activities across a broad spectrum of disciplines.Ensure risks are documented and adequately managed.Collaborate closely with the Digital solutions and product team or third-party software vendors.Support Digital Go-to-Market team to expand the Digital Consulting pipeline.Establish Hatch's eminence in the market through delivering conference presentations and publishing white papers.Experience and Skills Important for the Role: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is advantageous.Minimum 10 years of program, project management, and/or management consulting experience.Proven industry experience in mining & metals.Strong client relationship management and business development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive with a strong initiative.Good understanding of Industry 4.0 / 5.0 solutions.Innovative and results-oriented.Don't meet every single requirement?
