We are a boutique Recruiting and Staffing Agency with an office in Santiago, Chile looking for energetic, ambitious people-persons who are interested in learning more about recruitment in high-tech and other industries in the U.S. job market. The primary focus in this role will be full-cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening and presenting quality candidates to employment opportunities with our client companies, ranging from software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, media, and other positions. Recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries in the United StatesLooking for a Recruiter to join our nearshore team in our office in Santiago, Chile (100% onsite in Providencia during Pacific office hours)Main Responsibilities: Source quality candidates for a variety of positionsReview profiles and job applications to filter qualified candidatesConduct phone screens with candidates to assess knowledge, skills and experience for positionPresent candidate to client companiesSet up interviews upon requestExtend offers to selected candidatesConfirm resources for assignmentsUpdate applicant tracking and submission systemsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with candidatesRequirements: Motivated, organized and able to multitaskSelf-driven and collaborative team playerEnjoy engaging with candidates via phone and emailSolid computer skillsFluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishLiving in Santiago and authorized to work in ChileAvailable to work onsite and full time (40-hour workweek) from Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hoursPreferred Qualifications: University degreeRelevant work experienceKnowledgeable in information technologyCompensation: Base salary of $800.000 CLP (net) with additional commissions and bonuses.Total pay with commissions and bonus pay averages $1.000.000-$1.500.000 CLP after several months to a half year or more on the job, once you have built up your book of business (secured candidate hires)High potential to earn total pay of $1.500.000-$2.000.00+ CLP as you continue to build your book of businessPlease submit resumes in English - Spanish language resumes will not be considered.
