Description Job Title: Inside Sales Associate Main Purpose: The Inside Sales Associate will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential & existing clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clientsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clientsPresenting and delivering information to potential clientsAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsWorking with sales team when closing saleTracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsBuilding pipelines with team members to close salesMaintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client informationClosing sales and working with client through closing processWorking closely with Marken BD team & supporting with relevant task as required for existing accountsRequirements and Qualifications: Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all dayExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.English spoken and written will be a plusPersuasive and goal-orientedPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanorEager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyHigh school degree or equivalentTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential clientAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamPrevious experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferableStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience preferred.Marken is a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS and is a critical part of UPS Healthcare.
