International logistics company is looking for a Human Resources and Administration Analyst with advanced knowledge of English. English proficiency is essential, ability to maintain oral and written conversations without difficulties. Location: Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile WHAT WE NEED... Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related career. Advanced English - able to maintain oral and written conversations fluently (some employees and managers speak only English). Advanced knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws. Minimum 2 years of experience in: Human resources administration Labor relations Compensation and benefits Organizational development and organizational psychology Regulatory Compliance - Labor Law Conflict management and disciplinary techniques Talent management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Personnel Administration, coordination and monitoring of the hiring process and integration of new employees. Serve as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and handle labor grievances. Manage the compensation and benefits system. Coordinate and execute training and professional development programs that enhance employee performance and capabilities. Review and ensure compliance with employment policies and applicable legal requirements. Identify, analyze and recommend strategies to retain and develop key talent within the organization. Identify, analyze and propose organizational development actions to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction. Coordinate and administer disciplinary and conflict resolution procedures to ensure fair and objective management. Keep abreast of changes in labor legislation and ensure that the company complies with them. Perform analysis and monitoring of compensation packages offered. Maintain files and databases. Coordinate interviews and communications. Prepare hiring and termination documentation. All related to the position.
