As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities: HR Management: Oversee the management of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Employee Experience: Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee performance and growth. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Leadership Development: Provide leadership development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles. Advanced or native English level. Experience with HR software and systems. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
