They are currently seeking a HR Senior Officer/Chief to join their team.
The candidate must be available to work exclusively from the office in Viña del Mar, Chile.

Job description: Guarantee the legal-labor management of each employee in accordance with the company global policies, local regulations, market practices and internal audits.
It will follow through and guarantee the updating processes of the HR area, such as Performance Management, Attendance, Rotation, Engagement, Training Hours, Job Descriptors, Salary Tabulator and Studies, Relocation and Internal Transfers, Separations and Manage the correct inputs to the monthly Salary process.
Advise decision making in the organization, challenging them from the perspectives of leadership, business challenges, talent development and change management.
Ensure and facilitate that relevant information constantly flows among employees.
Constantly update HR management and the organization in relation to the labor, tax and social laws of the country and the region to comply with and adequately follow up on new law projects.
Assist all employees, mainly focus on Managers & Directors levels.
Be a an excellent in-house consultant.
Ensure the implementation of actions related to projects and initiatives that allow the organization and leaders to attract, develop, retain, and improve the performance of our talent.
Will keep employee information updated on the Companies different platforms (ERP and Lighthouse/Darwin Box).
Will be responsible for preparing the local budget for the HR area, based on corporate requirements, guaranteeing the proper execution of the department and labor budgets.
Promote a transparent work environment and constant communication, through monitoring the Organizational environment strategy, through measurement and monitoring with Local Leaders.
Create various insights about the overall health of the LOB which includes Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals (EWS) on attrition, Talent management, Engagements, retention, exit interviews etc.
Proactively manage the impact of potential attrition and work with the business to manage monthly & annual attrition.
Proficient in creating HR dashboards, reports, presentations and draw actionable insights.
Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the floor as well as the organization.
Partner business for people related initiatives like career discussions, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, policy adherence, managing Hi-Pots, managing span-ratios, improving performance of low performers, training first time managers etc.
Create and execute IDPs for critical talent.
Design and execute the employee engagement framework, which includes employees Town Hall, R&R, Leadership Connects, Retention Programs etc.
Represent as guardian of change management that have any people implications.
Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
Identify training needs for the business, work with L&D Team for appropriate programs.
Requirements: 7 + years of experience as a HR Senior Officer/Chief or similar role.
Advanced or native english level.
Experience with one or more HR software such as SAP, Meta 4, others.
Strong knowledge in Excel, Power Point and hopefully Power BI.
Solid understanding of chilean and other Latam countries such as Colombia, labor legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Excellent relationship building and management, as well as leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of high performing individuals.
