They are currently seeking a HR Senior Officer/Chief to join their team.
The candidate must be available to work exclusively from the office in Viña del Mar, Chile.
Our client has a relocation package in case you come from another city in Chile or another country.
Job description: Guarantee the legal-labor management of each employee in accordance with local regulations and internal audits.
Advise decision making in the organization, challenging them from the perspectives of leadership, business challenges, talent development and change management.
Ensure and facilitate that relevant information constantly flows between employees.
Ensure the implementation of actions related to projects and initiatives that allow the organization and leaders to attract, develop, retain and improve the performance of our talent.
Will keep employee information updated on the company's different platforms (Orbia Pulse, Local Payroll System).
Will be responsible for preparing the local budget for the HR area, based on corporate requirements, guaranteeing the proper execution of the department and labor budgets.
It will accompany and guarantee the updating processes of the HR area, such as Rotation - Disengagement, Training Hours, Job Descriptors, Salary Tabulator, Open Positions - Recruitment, and Manage the correct execution of the monthly remuneration process.
Develop and manage the Performance Evaluation process, improvement plans, performance recognition, personal development plan or specific training needs according to the criteria established by Corporate.
Promote a transparent work environment and constant communication, through monitoring the Organizational environment strategy, through measurement and monitoring with Local Leaders.
Requirements: 7 + years of experience as a HR Senior Officer/Chief or similar role.
Advanced or native english level.
Experience with one or more HR software such as SAP, Meta 4, others.
Strong knowledge in Excel, Power Point and hopefully Power BI.
Solid understanding of chilean labor legislation.
Leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
