Position Summary This role acts as the primary, strategic HR business partner to assigned functional unit and ensures the alignment, and delivery of HR strategic and service delivery needs across all areas/functions supported. Provides strategic leadership to assigned organizations by supporting people related strategies and leading their implementation. Responsible for driving HR practices and processes that support the strategic objectives of the business in alignment with the Director Business Partner
Essential Responsibilities Provide clients of appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e. g. recruitment process, performance managements, development, training, absence management. Performs all the payroll process in order to do a timely payment for all the employees, this includes but is not limited, all the matters related with Social security, government payments related with payroll and all the benefits control. Health programs renewals Partnership with leaders to keep alignment with HR process & activities to support the goals achivements Acts as a single point of the contact for employees and managers in the unit Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side Manages HR Projects cross-functionally Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client Actively identifies gaps and labor risk, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks Recruits the key talents for the internal client Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management Maintains the organizational structure of the internal client. HC based on annual budget. Keeps the skills and competences needed for the HC through development & training programs Ensures the alignment of compensation. Ensures local regulation and code of conduct compliance and attend all the legal situations related with HR department. Keeps a strong communication about all HR matters in the country, through weekly or biweekly meetings Keeps the HR system updated to ensure the effective and accuracy of the HR information. Promotes D&I, recognition and integration activities Position Requirements Minimum of 5 years HR experience including minimum 3 years as HRBP or HR generalist role Multi -Functional experience; Experience supporting 3 functional groups and working across multiple employee populations required Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization including at senior levels Full knowledge of legal or government requirements regarding with HR activities (payroll, training, union, termination process, etc.) Successfully implements HR strategies and projects. Supports activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Experience investigating, and resolving complex employee relations matters and able to solve problems Facilitates functional recruitment strategies High communication skills with all job levels (operators, professionals or managers) English advanced
