Descripción Reporting to the HR Director LATAM, the main responsibilities will be:
Direct and execute labor relations plan with the unions, negotiate and develop a long-term relation with them.Supervise that legal, administrative, and transactional-operational matters are on time and according to compliance.Support and advise the management team, acting as a business partner for the operation in all HR matters.Lead all the HR strategy regarding Organizational Development, recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits for the company.Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer) We are looking for professionals with a strong background in labor relations and generalist experience in HR to manage this role. Highly qualified in the technical issues mentioned above, as well as possessing charisma, communication skills, and leadership. This role requires at least 3-4 days in the plant, with a mix of personnel from Santiago. Fluency in English (advanced) is a must for this role.
