Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As an HR Generalist, you will develop a key position supporting HR processes, working directly with our collaborators and helping to solve the different opportunities for improvement**Your responsibilities**:- Generate accounting file, centralization review and subsequent analysis of HR accounting accounts (remunerations, provisions, vacations, compensation, among others).- Preparation and sending of information for the payment of social security contributions.- Administration of the payment of tax obligations and provisions.- Preparation and submission of information to Accounting and Treasury.- Internal document management such as: Registration and control of medical licenses, and associated benefits, as well as control of other internal administrative processes.- Preparation and management of settlements.- HR KPI management.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Accountant, Commercial, HR or similar careers.- Five years of experience working in similar positions.- Knowledge and experience working with SAP.- Experience in accounting account analysis.- Knowledge and experience in Power BI and Accountable background is desirable.- Intermediate to advanced English level.- Proactive, self-driven and ability to work as a team.**More about us**:
