HR Responsibilities: Perform and guide the management, monitoring and execution of projects and activities, in topics inherent to their area of expertise.
Perform and guide projects and processes related to remuneration, training and development, benefits, recruitment, and internal communication.
Guide and execute the release of work projects in the Human Resources area, managing costs, scopes, and deadlines of projects, as well as ensuring that the expected objectives are met.
Guide and execute the development, implementation, and administration of performance evaluation programs and career planning.
Guide and execute the evaluation of activities and processes in the Human Resources area, seeking to identify and propose necessary improvements.
Perform and guide the survey of training needs and provide actions for the effective training of employees, aiming to continuously improve the technical qualification of the team and individual and collective performance.
Conduct personnel recruitment, through internal or external recruitment of people, as well as contracting external services when necessary.
Guide and perform the evaluation of the benefits programs offered by the company, seeking to ensure that they are aligned with standard market practices.
Guide and execute the technical responses for your area, guiding other employees on the technical aspects of your area of expertise, ensuring the continuous improvement of services and processes.
Know the mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives of the company, complying with the organization's standards.
Perform payroll processing.
Safety Responsibilities: Coordination of HSE activities at local level.
Local legislation follow-up and identifying needed actions.
Collaboration with global HSE and HR people.
Communicate the local requirements to the global team.
Support in local training.
Support in implementation of HSE procedures and tools.
Preparation of local HSE reports.
Co-operation with authorities and mutual insurance company.
Coordination of local safety committee.
Coordination of safety events and activities at local level.
Coordination of customer safety requests.
Participation in safety walks.
Coordination and participation of safety audits.
Keeping the safety documentation up-to-date.
Maintaining the local safety manual.
Translating of HSE/HR materials: English-Spanish.
Mandatory Skills: English speaker, Payroll knowledge, Safety experience.
Seen As Advantage: Practical knowledge of maintaining ISO 45001 system.
Possibility to translate materials from English to Brazilian Portuguese.
Systematic working style.
