Head Of Global Marketing

We are hiring an ambitious Head of Global Marketing to join our dynamic team at Wallchase in Valparaíso.Growing your career as a Full Time Head of Global Marketing is an awesome opportunity to develop relevant skills.For an important multinational company in the retail industry is looking for a Global Marketing Head.Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:- Lead the creation and implementation of the brand and marketing strategies.- Lead the development of the Brand Plan for the brands (assess the landscape, ambition and brandtargets, strategies and growth building blocks).- Serve as the voice of the consumer and guardian of the brands:lead updates of the Brand Books, the prime prospects profiling, the implementation of the Brand Compliance Guide as well as the brands? equity tracking, developing action plans to close any gaps.- Lead the budget management for the brands.- Co-lead the development of the hero projects per brand by bringing in the consumer insights and brand positioning, highlighting gaps in brand architecture/product offer and defining the collections opportunities in technology and style.- Partner with the Global Product Development teamto develop the brands innovation strategies.Required:- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.- Team leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills.- Creative and disruptive thinking.- Experience managing direct reports and working with remote teams.- Advanced level of English.
