Descripción del empleo As Content Coordinator, what you do: You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by securing proofreading of copy in external and internal communications. You are also responsible for publishing relevant global and local content on the local social channels and manage the channels in crisis situations. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. Keys responsibilities: Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, proofread all translated copy and make necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market.
Proofread all SEO related copy ensuring that the right keywords are used in the local language and through coordination with the global SEO agency. Closely collaborate with Regional Production hub to understand workload and deliver on time.
Be fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content that should be posted on local social pages (Facebook, Twitter).
Publish global and local content on local social pages (Facebook, Twitter).
Point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling.
Involve relevant stakeholders to take actions accordingly.
Coordinate with local Media Planners and global Social Media team to help facilitate the best organic social plan.
Understand in detail the global store communications strategy, guidelines & placements for printed material and digital screens.
Brief Store Visual team on POS plan and quantities per campaign so that Store Visual can order and execute store material.
Feed in local needs for digital screens moving content to regional Production team. Collect input and feedback from stores and Visual team around the in-store communications material and asset allocation and share with relevant stakeholders.
Set follow up KPIs and goals for organic social content.
Conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content Requisitos As Content Coordinator , who you area: A Marketer with excellent language skills and knowledge in 1 or several languages.
You can adopt translated copy to adhere to local market and brand guidelines.
You are also structured and detailed to handle many copy workstreams, incl.
daily publishing and execution of local social channels. You have a strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. Marketing or Copy degree/relevant qualifications – if not, at least 3 years of experience in copy and social content roles in agency or client side (preferably fashion).
Great language skills in native language and English.
Used to writing about fashion.
Have worked with publishing of social content in Facebook, Twitter.
Good understanding of marketing content and digital channels.
Experience as Copywriter/Proofreader as well as social channels experience from fashion retail and/or creative agency.
Have experience from handling fashion copy and translations for digital channels and managing organic social media accounts for the biggest social platforms.
