Company Description We are looking for someone who wants to maximize their market impact.
In this role, you will be the strategic leader behind our promotions, from their conception to flawless execution.
You will have the opportunity to define pricing and promotion strategies using data from multiple sources, ensuring that all channels are perfectly aligned for success.
You will work with variables such as seasonality, cannibalization, elasticity, and sell-out data to determine baseline, incremental, promoted, and subsidized volumes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of each promotional action and proposing continuous improvements based on solid results.

You will keep all information up to date on pricing and promotions, using internal tools such as CPT (Consumer pricing tool) and PET (Promotional effectiveness tool), and you will help ensure that our promotions are not only effective but also profitable and sustainable in the long term.
Job Description PRICE & PROMO PROCESS The main responsibility of the position is to lead the Price & Promo process.
Analyze sales data among others to develop the Promotional Playbook.
Then secure implementation of efficient and profitable promotions while working with key account managers to use those in the promo calendar.
Evaluate results for market share, sales and profitability to understand the efficacy of the strategy and then course correcting if needed.
The agenda must be lead by the position.
This also includes non-promotional price evaluation.
CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO STRATEGY The position must evaluate how to create efficiency in the portfolio that we sell to customers.
By evaluating price, distribution, elasticity and drop size among other information.
The goal is to propose changes in the drop size, pricing, and promotional customer agenda.
In this way, promo strategy responsibilities cover not only shopper but also our customers.
Directly impacting our distribution, mix and sell in.
While maintaining an alignment with Category Management position to make those shopper insights match what our customers are purchasing.
PRICE COMMUNICATION EXPERT The role must ensure that price strategy is correctly implemented throughout all channels.
This includes working closely with POS assets, to maximize visibility.
While also, selecting the correct drivers in customers, so shopper can see our correct pricing strategy.
This includes an omnichannel approach using multimedia drivers from our key accounts or developing projects for channels that don't have it.
KEY DRIVERS EVALUATION & REPORTING Red Bull has different drivers that interact with our promotional strategy.
Closely related to our POS strategy, the position must evaluate our key actions in conjunction with the POS execution.
In this way, there will be a holistic evaluation of our strategy.
For this, information tools like Nielsen, Dunnhumby and others are crucial to determine our key success indicators.
This must happen for all channels.
Local auditing on promotional and campaign execution is something the position must control.
Qualifications College Education (Commercial or Similar) Ideally 1 year of experience in consumer products, Trade Marketing or sales.
Microsoft Office, including Power Point and Excel.
Including dynamic spreadsheets.
Presentation skills fluent in Spanish and English.
Pricing and promotional evaluation.
Nielsen Discover, Dunnhumby or similar.
