If this unique opportunity excites you, read on… Introduction to the Role The Grange School, Santiago de Chile, is looking for highly motivated recent graduates interested in gaining teaching experience within a school setting. The ideal candidate must be passionate, dedicated, and resilient. He or she must be able to work in partnership with teaching and other educational support staff. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful but optional; we will provide weekly lessons. The position As a Graduate Assistant, you will work closely with teachers across the school, providing valuable classroom support and contributing to various school activities. Your role will include: Assisting in day-to-day teaching in various subjects Alongside teaching colleagues, conducting supervision and duties Supporting after-school activities and sports fixtures Participating in school trips and excursions Candidates may apply as generalists or as specialists in one of the following areas: English Lower Prep/Key Stage 1 Sport Creative Arts Event Management Graphic Design Board and Lodging As a Graduate Assistant, you will be employed for two semesters, from late July 2025 to July 2026. The Grange School will provide you with local accommodation free of rent and utility, as well as lunch during term time. You will have full use of your accommodation during the holidays and will receive a monthly salary equivalent to approximately 1000 GBP.
