We are looking for an M&A Associate Director for a corporate (confidential, TMT space).Important: Please only apply if you are located or are willing to relocate to Santiago, Chile or Mexico City, and have 6-7 years of M&A experience.Key information:Years of experience: 6-7 years.Experience: Working in Corporate Development, M&A, PE, or IB is a must.Post merger activities: Experience with M&A integration is a must.TMT industry: Experience in the TMT industry is a must.Location: Santiago, Chile or Mexico City, Mexico.Languages: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferable.Compensation: Competitive compensation.Key job activities include:Prepare advanced financial models, including DCF, comp analysis, LBO models, and complex situations (i.e., divestitures).Lead post-transaction activities (this should take 50% of your time initially), including: (i) Development and execution of the 100-day plan, (ii) Develop and track a plan with all major milestones in the integration process, (iii) Coordinate cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, (iv) Present progress reports, solve complex issues, and escalate important matters to the C-level team, (v) Develop new and refine existing M&A processes to be applied to deals in different markets.Identifying/sourcing new targets, conducting valuations, and financial analyses.Ad-hoc strategic analysis and presentations to the C-level team.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustries: Technology, Information, Media, and Telecommunications
