Role Overview The Full-Stack Software Engineer will play a central role in developing and maintaining the core software systems that power the company's products.
This includes building user-facing mobile and web applications, managing scalable backend infrastructure, and driving the standardization of reusable software components for diverse products.
The role also focuses on ensuring the continuous improvement and productization of software solutions across the company.
Responsibilities 1.
User Interface Development: ? Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications for end-users, operational teams, and customers.
? Ensure seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that meet operational and business needs.

Backend and Cloud Infrastructure: ? Build, manage, and operate scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
? Oversee cloud integration for seamless data pipelines and system interoperability.
? Continuously optimize backend architecture to support diverse products.

Collaboration Across Teams: ? Work closely with AI, firmware, and hardware teams to integrate software into broader system architectures.
? Support and contribute to firmware development for embedded systems when required.

DevOps Practices: ? Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth development, deployment, and testing workflows.
? Contribute to coding practices and ensure version control across all software layers, including firmware and hardware-related code.

Productization and Standardization: ? Design and maintain modular, reusable software components (e.g., microservices) that can be shared across products.
? Standardize and optimize software development processes to enhance productivity across the company.
? Ensure productized developments are continuously updated, improved, and documented for long-term usability.

Scalability and Innovation: ? Continuously explore and implement technologies that enhance the scalability, robustness, and reliability of software solutions.
? Ensure software solutions meet the needs of diverse products, such as Pallet Vision, Forklift Autopilot, AMR-TrayBot, or RFID Traffic Tracker.
Requirements: Requirements ? Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
? Experience: ? 5+ years of experience in software development (mobile/web applications, backend systems).
? 2+ years of experience in cloud development, management, or maintenance (AWS, Azure, GCP).
? Proven experience managing and operating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and backend systems.
? Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
? Familiarity with microservices architecture and the principles of modular software development.
? Skills: ? Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
? Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Django, etc.).
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
? Location Requirement: Based in Chile for at least 1-2 years.
